• Assign projects to the service providers, supervising the executions of the activities, and finally arranging their payment.

• My great challenge was to work at the implementation of an ambitious Access Network expansion project, upgrading the entire network (including LTE) in more than 400 stations between 2015 and 2016. On my last day, we swapped 291 DBS/BTS.
