Telecom specialist with knowledge and experience on Radio Access Network Integration, Implementation, Expansion, and Optimization has led me to be part of different projects, making fast decisions to take care of the quality of the network and the client satisfaction.
My recent jobs have been the focus on Radio Frequency Optimization (2G, 3G, 4G) on cellular networks. Review performance failures by RF KPI analysis. Use of optimization tools like NetAct, Arieso, Mapinfo, and google maps. Development of Excel Macros and Access Data Base to deliver a high volume of KPI reports, as daily project reports to the customer, making an accomplishment of the estimated date for the SLA settled down.
I like to find new processes to help my teamwork skills, to do the assignments in less time, and manage my time to do an efficient work.
